NUMS is an educational institute in Pakistan offering postgraduate programs. Its undergraduate programs are offered by Affiliated Colleges of NUMS. NUMS is the National University of Medical Sciences. Army Medical College is best for Medical students. Admissions of this college were through the NUST Entry Test till 2015. In 2016, this responsibility is given to NUMS. NUMS started its entry test in 2016 and all admissions of Army Medical College are now conducted on the based of the NUMS entry test. NUMS entry test is the top second entry test in Pakistan after MDCAT.

It offers 40 MBBS and 70 BDS seats for students who pass the NUMS test. Its tuition fee is approximately Rs. 2,20,000 yearly.
It is not an affiliated college of NUMS but it accepts its test. It offers the MMBS program only. There are 100 seats for MBS in this college and merit will be based on the NUMS test. Its tuition fee is approximately Rs. 24,000 yearly.
It offers BSc Cardiac Perfusion (Hons), BSc Medical Laboratory Technology (Hons), BSc Nursing, BSc Post RN, and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Admission will be based on the NUMS test. Its tuition fee is approximately Rs. 50,000 yearly.
All other colleges in NUMS panel institutes are private so their fee structure is also high. Their tuition fee is approximately Rs. 12,00,000 yearly without including hostel dues.
In 2018, some other private colleges in the territory of Islamabad decided to be a part of NUMS panel institutes. Admissions of these colleges are on the based of the NUMS test. These are:
