Boneless chicken 500g
Ginger Paste 2 tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder red 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup(8 tsp)
Salt per taste
Corn Flour 2 tsp
Maida 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Cooking Oil 2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli (4-5)
Sugar 1 ½ tsp
Green Onion 6-7
Take a bowl and add chicken cubes, salt, maida,corn flour, lemon juice, Garlic and ginger Paste (1 tsp each) , Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, egg and mix it thoroughly.Refrigerator it for about 30 minutes.
Take a cooking pan and add oil (as needed), marinated chicken and deep fry until the golden brown colour appears.
Take another pan, add cooking oil, then add fried chicken cubes, salt, green chilli ,Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Garlic Paste (1 tsp),sugar, Vinegar, and cook for almost 2-3 minutes.
Now,add the corn flour (1 tbsp) mixed with half cup water.
Use green onion,green chilles ,or garnished garlic for garnishing, Or you can serve with Fried Rice.
Chicken Manchurian is now ready to serve.
