Its service areas are Faisalabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, Jhang, Bhakker, T.T Singh, and Chiniot districts.
In terms of operational performance, it is one of the best electricity distribution companies in Pakistan. As it has a low degree of distribution losses and a high rate of bill collection. Thus, its main service area is Faisalabad. Which is also known as the Manchester of Pakistan for its extensive textile industries.
